The 2nd European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) Summit took place on June 11, 2018. Key scientific and policy stakeholders of the EOSC gathered to discuss the progress and achievements towards the EOSC and launch a stakeholder consultation on the draft “Rules of Participation of EOSC” and “FAIR Data Action Plan”. Prof Barend Mons, Director of the GO FAIR International Support and Coordination Office, presented the GO FAIR initiative as part of the summit’s “EOSC in practice stories”.
The summit was organized by the High Level Expert Group on the European Open Science Cloud and the FAIR Data Expert Group, together with the European Commission, and paves the way for the launch of the European Open Science Cloud Governance Structure.

The EOSC High Level Expert group has moreover launched an Open Consultation for all actors involved in the EOSC. The deadline to participate is Sunday, August 5, 2018. Please find the links below.
