The Stakeholder Forum (SF) consists of the Implementation Networks (IN) coordinators (one per IN) and is the representative body of the INs. They propose the members of the Executive Board as their representatives and elect a Chair and a Vice Chair. The composition of the Executive Board needs to be approved by the Steering Committee.
The SF proposes practical work programmes, detects ‘white spots’ (gaps to be filled), enables cross-IN coordination and exchange of views, practices, technologies, standards etc.
Initially, as long as a relatively small number of INs exists, the SFis actually ‘identical’ to the Executive Board.
As the number of active INs continues to grow, the size of the SF will grow beyond practical to coordinate. Then the SF members will be asked to nominate (and elect, if needed) IN representatives to the Executive Board.
