The Stakeholder Forum (SF) consists of the Implementation Networks (IN) coordinators (one per IN) and is the representative body of the INs. The SF would propose the members of the Executive Board as the IN community representatives. The composition of the Executive Board needs to be approved by the Steering Committee.
The SF proposes practical work programmes, detects ‘white spots’ (gaps to be filled), enables cross-IN coordination and exchange of views, practices, technologies, standards etc.
Initially, as long as a relatively small number of INs exists, the SF was actually ‘identical’ to the Executive Board. As the number of active INs continued to grow, the size of the SF would be beyond practical to coordinate. The SF members have therefore been asked to nominate (and select) IN representatives to the Executive Board.
