Recently, members of the Food Systems IN co-authored two articles:

On 11 December 2020, the practice paper “39 Hints to Facilitate the Use of Semantics for Data on Agriculture and Nutrition” appeared in the Data Science Journal . It is co-authored by Caterina Caracciolo, Sophie Aubin, Clement Jonquet, Romain David, and Catherine Roussey (et al). In this paper they report outputs and adoption of the Agrisemantics Working Group of the Research Data Alliance consisting of recommendations for the data interoperability in the field of agriculture and nutrition.

On 15 December 2020, the article “Making experimental data tables in the life sciences more FAIR: a pragmatic approach” was published in GigaScience. It is co-authored by Daniel Jacob, Romain David, and Sophie Aubin (et al), and proposes a model for research data management that can be used by researchers to more easily disseminate FAIR data.
